We find these neurons display a diverse repertoire of receptors and signaling transcripts. We also find that mating state results in differential expression and this aligns with previous reports of gene expression differences.</description><dates><publication>2026/06/01</publication></dates><accession>GSE223552</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM6961518</GSM><GSM>GSM6961529</GSM><GSM>GSM6961517</GSM><GSM>GSM6961528</GSM><GSM>GSM6961519</GSM><GSM>GSM6961525</GSM><GSM>GSM6961524</GSM><GSM>GSM6961527</GSM><GSM>GSM6961516</GSM><GSM>GSM6961515</GSM><GSM>GSM6961526</GSM><GSM>GSM6961521</GSM><GSM>GSM6961520</GSM><GSM>GSM6961523</GSM><GSM>GSM6961522</GSM><GSM>GSM6961530</GSM><GPL>17275</GPL><GSE>223552</GSE><taxon>Drosophila melanogaster</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
