To obtain insights into the potential functional mechanism of Bnt07G011994, we performed RNA sequencing for wild and Bnt07G011994-overexpressed Arabidopsis. After comparing their transcriptomes, a total of 251 differentially expressed genes were identified.</description><dates><publication>2023/06/11</publication></dates><accession>GSE234285</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM7461540</GSM><GSM>GSM7461536</GSM><GSM>GSM7461535</GSM><GSM>GSM7461539</GSM><GSM>GSM7461538</GSM><GSM>GSM7461537</GSM><GPL>17639</GPL><GSE>234285</GSE><taxon>Arabidopsis thaliana</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
