Pkd1 deletion induced cyst growth in mouse kidneys, we sampled renal cells to construct a comprehensive and spatiotemporally resolved gene expression atlas in whole Pkd1 mutant polycystic mouse kidneys at single-cell resolution. We also generated Pkd1fl/fl:Pkhd1-Cre mice with transgenic αKlotho (Pkd1 HOMO-KLTg) to evaluate cyst growth and performed single cell RNA sequencing analysis.</description><dates><publication>2026/05/15</publication></dates><accession>GSE235197</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM7496674</GSM><GSM>GSM7496675</GSM><GSM>GSM7496676</GSM><GSM>GSM7496677</GSM><GSM>GSM7496678</GSM><GSM>GSM7496679</GSM><GSM>GSM7496671</GSM><GSM>GSM7496672</GSM><GSM>GSM7496673</GSM><GPL>21103</GPL><GSE>235197</GSE><taxon>Mus musculus</taxon><PMID>[41563399]</PMID></cross_references></HashMap>
