Our objective was to create a multi-tissue single-cell atlas of atherosclerosis using the hypercholesterolaemic Ldlr-/- Apob100/100 mouse model. We used mice fed with either a chow diet or a 3-month high fat diet to respectively represent an early state and a late state of the disease. We collected four tissues: epididymal white adipose tissue, perivascular adipose tissue, aorta, and spleen, and dissociated them into suspensions containing either all cells or enriched for CD45+ cells (aorta samples). The data has been created using 10X Genomics 5’ single-cell immuneprofiling technology.</description><dates><publication>2026/09/17</publication></dates><accession>GSE235895</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM7511647</GSM><GSM>GSM7511625</GSM><GSM>GSM7511648</GSM><GSM>GSM7511626</GSM><GSM>GSM7511645</GSM><GSM>GSM7511623</GSM><GSM>GSM7511646</GSM><GSM>GSM7511624</GSM><GSM>GSM7511629</GSM><GSM>GSM7511627</GSM><GSM>GSM7511649</GSM><GSM>GSM7511628</GSM><GSM>GSM7511661</GSM><GSM>GSM7511662</GSM><GSM>GSM7511640</GSM><GSM>GSM7511660</GSM><GSM>GSM7511643</GSM><GSM>GSM7511621</GSM><GSM>GSM7511622</GSM><GSM>GSM7511644</GSM><GSM>GSM7511641</GSM><GSM>GSM7511642</GSM><GSM>GSM7511620</GSM><GSM>GSM7511636</GSM><GSM>GSM7511658</GSM><GSM>GSM7511659</GSM><GSM>GSM7511637</GSM><GSM>GSM7511656</GSM><GSM>GSM7511634</GSM><GSM>GSM7511657</GSM><GSM>GSM7511635</GSM><GSM>GSM7511618</GSM><GSM>GSM7511619</GSM><GSM>GSM7511638</GSM><GSM>GSM7511639</GSM><GSM>GSM7511617</GSM><GSM>GSM7511650</GSM><GSM>GSM7511651</GSM><GSM>GSM7511654</GSM><GSM>GSM7511632</GSM><GSM>GSM7511633</GSM><GSM>GSM7511655</GSM><GSM>GSM7511630</GSM><GSM>GSM7511652</GSM><GSM>GSM7511653</GSM><GSM>GSM7511631</GSM><GPL>24247</GPL><GSE>235895</GSE><taxon>Mus musculus</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
