Since the targetron disrupts the gene function, enriched mutants after this selection suggests the gene is deleterious for this process and vice versa. Mutations were in genes predicted to enable the bacteria to import sugars. The targetron sequence is provided in a supplementary file.</description><dates><publication>2026/05/16</publication></dates><accession>GSE244606</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM7821711</GSM><GSM>GSM7821755</GSM><GSM>GSM7821712</GSM><GSM>GSM7821756</GSM><GSM>GSM7821753</GSM><GSM>GSM7821754</GSM><GSM>GSM7821710</GSM><GSM>GSM7821751</GSM><GSM>GSM7821752</GSM><GSM>GSM7821750</GSM><GSM>GSM7821719</GSM><GSM>GSM7821717</GSM><GSM>GSM7821718</GSM><GSM>GSM7821715</GSM><GSM>GSM7821759</GSM><GSM>GSM7821716</GSM><GSM>GSM7821757</GSM><GSM>GSM7821713</GSM><GSM>GSM7821714</GSM><GSM>GSM7821758</GSM><GSM>GSM7821700</GSM><GSM>GSM7821744</GSM><GSM>GSM7821745</GSM><GSM>GSM7821701</GSM><GSM>GSM7821742</GSM><GSM>GSM7821743</GSM><GSM>GSM7821740</GSM><GSM>GSM7821741</GSM><GSM>GSM7821708</GSM><GSM>GSM7821709</GSM><GSM>GSM7821706</GSM><GSM>GSM7821707</GSM><GSM>GSM7821748</GSM><GSM>GSM7821704</GSM><GSM>GSM7821705</GSM><GSM>GSM7821749</GSM><GSM>GSM7821746</GSM><GSM>GSM7821702</GSM><GSM>GSM7821703</GSM><GSM>GSM7821747</GSM><GSM>GSM7821770</GSM><GSM>GSM7821733</GSM><GSM>GSM7821734</GSM><GSM>GSM7821731</GSM><GSM>GSM7821775</GSM><GSM>GSM7821732</GSM><GSM>GSM7821776</GSM><GSM>GSM7821699</GSM><GSM>GSM7821773</GSM><GSM>GSM7821774</GSM><GSM>GSM7821730</GSM><GSM>GSM7821771</GSM><GSM>GSM7821772</GSM><GSM>GSM7821739</GSM><GSM>GSM7821737</GSM><GSM>GSM7821738</GSM><GSM>GSM7821735</GSM><GSM>GSM7821736</GSM><GSM>GSM7821766</GSM><GSM>GSM7821722</GSM><GSM>GSM7821723</GSM><GSM>GSM7821767</GSM><GSM>GSM7821720</GSM><GSM>GSM7821764</GSM><GSM>GSM7821765</GSM><GSM>GSM7821721</GSM><GSM>GSM7821762</GSM><GSM>GSM7821763</GSM><GSM>GSM7821760</GSM><GSM>GSM7821761</GSM><GSM>GSM7821728</GSM><GSM>GSM7821729</GSM><GSM>GSM7821726</GSM><GSM>GSM7821727</GSM><GSM>GSM7821768</GSM><GSM>GSM7821724</GSM><GSM>GSM7821725</GSM><GSM>GSM7821769</GSM><GPL>33818</GPL><GSE>244606</GSE><taxon>Proteus mirabilis</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
