A wild-type selection of F2 plants have been then propagated by single-seed descent. In this dataset, we provide a complete genomic analysis of these lines, including the DNA methylation profile at single cytosine resolution (WGBS) for 68 epiRILs, and expression profile (RNAseq) for 37 lines. A genomic DNA resequencing for the same epiRILs is provided in GSE120571 (Catoni et al. 2018).</description><dates><publication>2026/02/25</publication></dates><accession>GSE255302</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM8068759</GSM><GSM>GSM8068761</GSM><GSM>GSM8068760</GSM><GSM>GSM8068763</GSM><GSM>GSM8068762</GSM><GSM>GSM8068765</GSM><GSM>GSM8068764</GSM><GSM>GSM8068767</GSM><GSM>GSM8068800</GSM><GSM>GSM8068766</GSM><GSM>GSM8068769</GSM><GSM>GSM8068802</GSM><GSM>GSM8068801</GSM><GSM>GSM8068768</GSM><GSM>GSM8068826</GSM><GSM>GSM8068825</GSM><GSM>GSM8068828</GSM><GSM>GSM8068827</GSM><GSM>GSM8068829</GSM><GSM>GSM8068790</GSM><GSM>GSM8068792</GSM><GSM>GSM8068791</GSM><GSM>GSM8068794</GSM><GSM>GSM8068793</GSM><GSM>GSM8068796</GSM><GSM>GSM8068795</GSM><GSM>GSM8068798</GSM><GSM>GSM8068831</GSM><GSM>GSM8068830</GSM><GSM>GSM8068797</GSM><GSM>GSM8068756</GSM><GSM>GSM8068799</GSM><GSM>GSM8068755</GSM><GSM>GSM8068758</GSM><GSM>GSM8068757</GSM><GSM>GSM8068815</GSM><GSM>GSM8068814</GSM><GSM>GSM8068817</GSM><GSM>GSM8068816</GSM><GSM>GSM8068819</GSM><GSM>GSM8068818</GSM><GSM>GSM8068781</GSM><GSM>GSM8068780</GSM><GSM>GSM8068783</GSM><GSM>GSM8068782</GSM><GSM>GSM8068785</GSM><GSM>GSM8068784</GSM><GSM>GSM8068787</GSM><GSM>GSM8068820</GSM><GSM>GSM8068786</GSM><GSM>GSM8068789</GSM><GSM>GSM8068822</GSM><GSM>GSM8068821</GSM><GSM>GSM8068788</GSM><GSM>GSM8068824</GSM><GSM>GSM8068823</GSM><GSM>GSM8068804</GSM><GSM>GSM8068803</GSM><GSM>GSM8068806</GSM><GSM>GSM8068805</GSM><GSM>GSM8068808</GSM><GSM>GSM8068807</GSM><GSM>GSM8068809</GSM><GSM>GSM8068770</GSM><GSM>GSM8068772</GSM><GSM>GSM8068771</GSM><GSM>GSM8068774</GSM><GSM>GSM8068773</GSM><GSM>GSM8068776</GSM><GSM>GSM8068775</GSM><GSM>GSM8068778</GSM><GSM>GSM8068811</GSM><GSM>GSM8068810</GSM><GSM>GSM8068777</GSM><GSM>GSM8068813</GSM><GSM>GSM8068812</GSM><GSM>GSM8068779</GSM><GPL>19580</GPL><GSE>255302</GSE><taxon>Arabidopsis thaliana</taxon><PMID>[41700090]</PMID></cross_references></HashMap>
