Several studies showed sex differences in the cardiovascular angII response. Calcineurin (PPP3), a serine/threonine phosphatase consisting of an enzymatic and a catalytic subunit, is known for its role in inflammatory processes and cellular hypertrophy. Hence, we investigated the role of calcineurin for angII-induced vascular remodeling with the help of a mouse model lacking the catalytic beta subunit of calcineurin (Ppp3cb KO).</description><dates><publication>2026/06/30</publication></dates><accession>GSE255932</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM8082882</GSM><GSM>GSM8082871</GSM><GSM>GSM8082870</GSM><GSM>GSM8082892</GSM><GSM>GSM8082881</GSM><GSM>GSM8082880</GSM><GSM>GSM8082891</GSM><GSM>GSM8082890</GSM><GSM>GSM8082869</GSM><GSM>GSM8082886</GSM><GSM>GSM8082875</GSM><GSM>GSM8082874</GSM><GSM>GSM8082885</GSM><GSM>GSM8082884</GSM><GSM>GSM8082873</GSM><GSM>GSM8082883</GSM><GSM>GSM8082872</GSM><GSM>GSM8082879</GSM><GSM>GSM8082889</GSM><GSM>GSM8082878</GSM><GSM>GSM8082877</GSM><GSM>GSM8082888</GSM><GSM>GSM8082887</GSM><GSM>GSM8082876</GSM><GPL>13112</GPL><GSE>255932</GSE><taxon>Mus musculus</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
