Treatment with saline or GnRH was given via implanted osmotic pumps for one month. Treatment was started after two months of feeding. Our results revealed that GnRH significantly promoted hippocampal neurogenesis in obese mice via the GnRH receptor GnRHR, indicating the essential role of GnRH and its targets in hippocampal neural stem cells.</description><dates><publication>2026/08/20</publication></dates><accession>GSE275318</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM8474670</GSM><GSM>GSM8474671</GSM><GSM>GSM8474667</GSM><GSM>GSM8474666</GSM><GSM>GSM8474669</GSM><GSM>GSM8474668</GSM><GPL>24247</GPL><GSE>275318</GSE><taxon>Mus musculus</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
