After tumor development, T cells from distinct metastatic sites were isolated and analyzed. RNA sequencing of Treg cells from the spleen, "primary" liver tumors, and metastases revealed that TI-Treg cells expressed core genes previously associated with CRC-related Treg cells, with subtle location-specific variations. Gene Ontology analysis highlighted enriched immune response regulation pathways in primary liver TI-Treg cells compared to healthy splenic Treg cells. High expression of genes upregulated in liver TI-Treg cells was associated with poor CRC prognosis. Splenic Treg cells from tumor-bearing mice also displayed distinct transcriptional profiles from their healthy counterparts. These findings highlight that TI-Treg cells have transcriptional profiles linked to poor CRC prognosis, with subtle location-specific variations.</description><dates><publication>2026/08/20</publication></dates><accession>GSE275756</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM8483999</GSM><GSM>GSM8484009</GSM><GSM>GSM8483998</GSM><GSM>GSM8484019</GSM><GSM>GSM8484018</GSM><GSM>GSM8484017</GSM><GSM>GSM8484016</GSM><GSM>GSM8484015</GSM><GSM>GSM8484014</GSM><GSM>GSM8484013</GSM><GSM>GSM8484012</GSM><GSM>GSM8484011</GSM><GSM>GSM8484010</GSM><GSM>GSM8483989</GSM><GSM>GSM8483988</GSM><GSM>GSM8484008</GSM><GSM>GSM8483997</GSM><GSM>GSM8484007</GSM><GSM>GSM8483996</GSM><GSM>GSM8484006</GSM><GSM>GSM8483995</GSM><GSM>GSM8484005</GSM><GSM>GSM8483994</GSM><GSM>GSM8483993</GSM><GSM>GSM8484004</GSM><GSM>GSM8484003</GSM><GSM>GSM8483992</GSM><GSM>GSM8484002</GSM><GSM>GSM8483991</GSM><GSM>GSM8483990</GSM><GSM>GSM8484001</GSM><GSM>GSM8484023</GSM><GSM>GSM8484022</GSM><GSM>GSM8484000</GSM><GSM>GSM8484021</GSM><GSM>GSM8484020</GSM><GPL>19057</GPL><GSE>275756</GSE><taxon>Mus musculus</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
