We conducted high throughput small RNA-Seq to identify the biological pathways potentially associated with the actions of IVIg treatment. Methods: Differentially expressed (DE) miRNAs were identified using pairwise comparisons: a. TBI vs. sham, b. TBI-IVIg vs sham, and c. TBI vs TBI-IVIg (n =8 each treatment group), from brain samples and plasma samples collected 48 hours after TBI.
