ATG5 has been intricately linked to cancer where both tumor-promoting and tumor-suppressing functions of ATG5 have been described. We established a stable transgenic zebrafish to promote ATG5 functions in liver and found that overexpression of ATG5 in liver contributed to hepatocellular carcinoma.</description><dates><publication>2026/06/01</publication></dates><accession>GSE278167</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM8541052</GSM><GSM>GSM8541053</GSM><GSM>GSM8541056</GSM><GSM>GSM8541057</GSM><GSM>GSM8541054</GSM><GSM>GSM8541055</GSM><GPL>24995</GPL><GSE>278167</GSE><taxon>Danio rerio</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
