To investigate the cellular composition and transcriptional alterations underlying CrF formation, we generated a single-nucleus RNA sequencing atlas of human mesenteric tissues from patients with Crohn’s disease and healthy controls. This dataset includes intestinal creeping fat (ICF) and corresponding intestinal non-inflamed fat (INF) from patients with Crohn’s disease, as well as normal mesenteric tissue (NL) from healthy controls. The data were used to characterize disease-associated changes in mesenteric tissue cell populations and to explore potential cellular and molecular mechanisms involved in CrF formation.</description><dates><publication>2026/06/12</publication></dates><accession>GSE278661</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM9812231</GSM><GSM>GSM9812230</GSM><GSM>GSM9812226</GSM><GSM>GSM9812237</GSM><GSM>GSM9812236</GSM><GSM>GSM9812225</GSM><GSM>GSM9812228</GSM><GSM>GSM9812238</GSM><GSM>GSM9812227</GSM><GSM>GSM9812233</GSM><GSM>GSM9812232</GSM><GSM>GSM9812235</GSM><GSM>GSM9812234</GSM><GSM>GSM8552409</GSM><GSM>GSM9812229</GSM><GPL>24676</GPL><GSE>278661</GSE><taxon>Homo sapiens</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
