Recently, we verifed that MbovP475 can regulate the hostone PTMs. We found MbovP475 promoted the H3K4me3 and H3K27ac. So we proposed MbovP475 regulated gene expression in BoMac cells by promoting H3K4me3 and H3K27a, we constructed BoMac cells stablely expressing MbovP475. Our data provide globaly genes marked by H3K4me3 and H3K27ac enhanced by MbovP475.</description><dates><publication>2026/06/03</publication></dates><accession>GSE278712</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM8553306</GSM><GSM>GSM8553305</GSM><GSM>GSM8553308</GSM><GSM>GSM8553307</GSM><GSM>GSM8553309</GSM><GPL>26012</GPL><GSE>278712</GSE><taxon>Bos taurus</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
