Developement of better T-PLL treatment requires identifying molecular vulnerabilities and gaining a deeper understanding of the disease’s heterogeneity. By RNA-seq profiling of T-PLL samples alongside CD4+ cells from healthy donors, we were able to document gene expression changes and pathway disruptions in malignant cells. Additionally, we discovered significant alterations in the expression of non-coding, antisense, and circular RNAs in T-PLL. This expands current knowledge on the most dysregulated genes and pathways in malignant cells and highlights in non-coding RNAs and circRNAs aberrant expression in T-PLL and in subsets carrying specific driver variants.</description><dates><publication>2026/08/19</publication></dates><accession>GSE281431</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM8620692</GSM><GSM>GSM8620693</GSM><GSM>GSM8620690</GSM><GSM>GSM8620691</GSM><GSM>GSM8620696</GSM><GSM>GSM8620697</GSM><GSM>GSM8620694</GSM><GSM>GSM8620695</GSM><GSM>GSM8620700</GSM><GSM>GSM8620701</GSM><GSM>GSM8620698</GSM><GSM>GSM8620699</GSM><GSM>GSM8620704</GSM><GSM>GSM8620702</GSM><GSM>GSM8620703</GSM><GPL>24676</GPL><GSE>281431</GSE><taxon>Homo sapiens</taxon><PMID>[42588659]</PMID></cross_references></HashMap>
