Notably, depletion of ASF1A, ASF1B and HIRA with/without DMSO induction significantly reduced the expression of genes associated with erythroid differentiation. Meanwhile, depletion of ASF1A and ASF1B in HUDEP2 cells as well as depletion of ASF1B in CD34+ cells significantly reduced the expression of genes associated with erythroid differentiation.</description><dates><publication>2026/05/15</publication></dates><accession>GSE285838</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM8709969</GSM><GSM>GSM8709989</GSM><GSM>GSM8709988</GSM><GSM>GSM8709987</GSM><GSM>GSM8709986</GSM><GSM>GSM8709985</GSM><GSM>GSM9023800</GSM><GSM>GSM8709984</GSM><GSM>GSM8709983</GSM><GSM>GSM8709982</GSM><GSM>GSM8709981</GSM><GSM>GSM8709980</GSM><GSM>GSM9023802</GSM><GSM>GSM9023801</GSM><GSM>GSM8709979</GSM><GSM>GSM8709978</GSM><GSM>GSM8709977</GSM><GSM>GSM9023803</GSM><GSM>GSM8709976</GSM><GSM>GSM8709975</GSM><GSM>GSM8709974</GSM><GSM>GSM8709973</GSM><GSM>GSM8709972</GSM><GSM>GSM8709971</GSM><GSM>GSM8709970</GSM><GSM>GSM8709990</GSM><GPL>34281</GPL><GPL>34328</GPL><GSE>285838</GSE><taxon> Mus musculus</taxon><taxon>Homo sapiens</taxon><PMID>[42100853]</PMID></cross_references></HashMap>
