This study investigates the effects of various vitamins (VB2, VB6, and VB12) on the mRNA m6A epitranscriptome in multiple mouse tissues (brain, liver, and testis). Clustering analyses revealed closer similarity between brain and testis m6A profiles, while the liver exhibited a unique signature, reflecting tissue-specific regulatory dynamics. Notably, over 90% of vitamin-specific m6A sites did not correlate with mRNA abundance, highlighting the role of m6A as a post-transcriptional regulator. Pathway enrichment analyses further revealed tissue- and vitamin-specific adaptations. Key genes responsive to vitamin treatments emerged as central regulators of m6A dynamics, aligning with the known roles of vitamins in metabolism, neural plasticity, and gene expression.","dates":{"publication":"2026/04/03"},"accession":"GSE286253","cross_references":{"GSM":["GSM8721755","GSM8721711","GSM8721712","GSM8721756","GSM8721757","GSM8721713","GSM8721758","GSM8721714","GSM8721715","GSM8721759","GSM8721716","GSM8721717","GSM8721718","GSM8721750","GSM8721751","GSM8721752","GSM8721753","GSM8721754","GSM8721710","GSM8721708","GSM8721709","GSM8721766","GSM8721722","GSM8721723","GSM8721767","GSM8721768","GSM8721724","GSM8721769","GSM8721725","GSM8721726","GSM8721727","GSM8721728","GSM8721729","GSM8721760","GSM8721761","GSM8721762","GSM8721763","GSM8721764","GSM8721720","GSM8721721","GSM8721765","GSM8721719","GSM8721733","GSM8721734","GSM8721735","GSM8721736","GSM8721737","GSM8721738","GSM8721739","GSM8721770","GSM8721771","GSM8721772","GSM8721773","GSM8721774","GSM8721730","GSM8721775","GSM8721731","GSM8721732","GSM8721776","GSM8721744","GSM8721745","GSM8721746","GSM8721747","GSM8721748","GSM8721749","GSM8721705","GSM8721706","GSM8721707","GSM8721740","GSM8721741","GSM8721742","GSM8721743"],"GPL":["24247"],"GSE":["286253"],"taxon":["Mus musculus"]}}
