COP1 is overexpressed in human hepatocellular carcinoma, and there is evidence that knocking down COP1 can inhibit the growth of liver cancer. We hypothesized that COP1 may also be involved in the metabolism of liver cancer. To explore this, we treated human liver cancer cell lines Huh7 and HepG2 with COP1-siRNA and conducted RNA sequencing.</description><dates><publication>2026/04/15</publication></dates><accession>GSE287988</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM8756870</GSM><GSM>GSM8756867</GSM><GSM>GSM8756868</GSM><GSM>GSM8756869</GSM><GPL>24676</GPL><GSE>287988</GSE><taxon>Homo sapiens</taxon><PMID>[41940593]</PMID></cross_references></HashMap>
