Cells were mechanically loaded for 5h and total RNA was collected immediately after. The mechanical loading experiment was conducted for all three cell lines separately, with 6 biological replicates in the experimental group and 6 replicates as static controls, resulting in a total of 12 samples per cell line.</description><dates><publication>2026/07/10</publication></dates><accession>GSE288064</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM8758440</GSM><GSM>GSM8758442</GSM><GSM>GSM8758420</GSM><GSM>GSM8758441</GSM><GSM>GSM8758448</GSM><GSM>GSM8758426</GSM><GSM>GSM8758425</GSM><GSM>GSM8758447</GSM><GSM>GSM8758428</GSM><GSM>GSM8758427</GSM><GSM>GSM8758449</GSM><GSM>GSM8758422</GSM><GSM>GSM8758444</GSM><GSM>GSM8758421</GSM><GSM>GSM8758443</GSM><GSM>GSM8758424</GSM><GSM>GSM8758446</GSM><GSM>GSM8758445</GSM><GSM>GSM8758423</GSM><GSM>GSM8758429</GSM><GSM>GSM8758450</GSM><GSM>GSM8758431</GSM><GSM>GSM8758430</GSM><GSM>GSM8758437</GSM><GSM>GSM8758415</GSM><GSM>GSM8758436</GSM><GSM>GSM8758417</GSM><GSM>GSM8758439</GSM><GSM>GSM8758416</GSM><GSM>GSM8758438</GSM><GSM>GSM8758433</GSM><GSM>GSM8758432</GSM><GSM>GSM8758435</GSM><GSM>GSM8758434</GSM><GSM>GSM8758419</GSM><GSM>GSM8758418</GSM><GPL>24676</GPL><GSE>288064</GSE><taxon>Homo sapiens</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
