Heparin-binding EGF-like growth factor (HBEGF) is a member of the epidermal growth factor family, which plays a crucial role in various biological processes, including cell proliferation, differentiation, migration, and angiogenesis. HBEGF has been implicated in the development and progression of numerous cancers.
