The overexpression of LPL results in enhanced antigen presentation on endothelial cell, which in turns enhance T cell homing. Moreover, LPL also enhance the sensitivity of EC to IFN-g exposure, with elevated percentage of apoptotic cells. Taken together, our data provide a molecular framework of the effect of LPL on endothelial cells.</description><dates><publication>2026/05/20</publication></dates><accession>GSE289731</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM8797659</GSM><GSM>GSM8797656</GSM><GSM>GSM8797655</GSM><GSM>GSM8797658</GSM><GSM>GSM8797657</GSM><GSM>GSM8797654</GSM><GSM>GSM8797660</GSM><GPL>21626</GPL><GSE>289731</GSE><taxon>Mus musculus</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
