Mef2a and Mef2c, the most expressed Mef2 members in microglia, showed reduced binding upon diABZI-induced cGAS-STING activation, coinciding with increased Irf3 binding and downstream gene expression. H-151 restored Mef2 binding at enhancers of Aβ phagocytosis-related genes, including Itgax and Trem2. These findings link cGAS-STING activation to Mef2 inhibition and impaired Aβ clearance, reversible through STING inhibition.</description><dates><publication>2026/10/01</publication></dates><accession>GSE289830</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM8799916</GSM><GSM>GSM8799927</GSM><GSM>GSM8799928</GSM><GSM>GSM8799917</GSM><GSM>GSM8799936</GSM><GSM>GSM8799925</GSM><GSM>GSM8799914</GSM><GSM>GSM8799915</GSM><GSM>GSM8799926</GSM><GSM>GSM8799937</GSM><GSM>GSM8799923</GSM><GSM>GSM8799934</GSM><GSM>GSM8799924</GSM><GSM>GSM8799935</GSM><GSM>GSM8799921</GSM><GSM>GSM8799932</GSM><GSM>GSM8799933</GSM><GSM>GSM8799922</GSM><GSM>GSM8799930</GSM><GSM>GSM8799931</GSM><GSM>GSM8799920</GSM><GSM>GSM8799918</GSM><GSM>GSM8799929</GSM><GSM>GSM8799919</GSM><GPL>30172</GPL><GSE>289830</GSE><taxon>Mus musculus</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
