Following quantification by TBS380, paired-end RNA-seq libraries were sequenced using the Illumina NovaSeq X Plus Sequencing Systems. Our findings indicate that TMEM216 influences biological processes related to migration, adhesion, and receptor tyrosine kinase binding in breast cancer cells.</description><dates><publication>2026/05/29</publication></dates><accession>GSE289847</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM8800144</GSM><GSM>GSM8800145</GSM><GSM>GSM8800146</GSM><GSM>GSM8800147</GSM><GSM>GSM8800148</GSM><GSM>GSM8800149</GSM><GSM>GSM8800139</GSM><GSM>GSM8800150</GSM><GSM>GSM8800140</GSM><GSM>GSM8800141</GSM><GSM>GSM8800142</GSM><GSM>GSM8800143</GSM><GPL>24676</GPL><GSE>289847</GSE><taxon>Homo sapiens</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
