Specimens were obtained from four cohorts: CLEAR, TEACH, REDUC, and ACTG A5345. All participants enrolled in these cohorts underwent analytical treatment interruption (ATI) and were monitored for time-to-rebound of HIV viremia.</description><dates><publication>2026/04/17</publication></dates><accession>GSE290636</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM8818670</GSM><GSM>GSM8818672</GSM><GSM>GSM8818671</GSM><GSM>GSM8818674</GSM><GSM>GSM8818673</GSM><GSM>GSM8818676</GSM><GSM>GSM8818675</GSM><GSM>GSM8818678</GSM><GSM>GSM8818711</GSM><GSM>GSM8818677</GSM><GSM>GSM8818710</GSM><GSM>GSM8818713</GSM><GSM>GSM8818712</GSM><GSM>GSM8818679</GSM><GSM>GSM8818681</GSM><GSM>GSM8818680</GSM><GSM>GSM8818683</GSM><GSM>GSM8818682</GSM><GSM>GSM8818641</GSM><GSM>GSM8818685</GSM><GSM>GSM8818640</GSM><GSM>GSM8818684</GSM><GSM>GSM8818643</GSM><GSM>GSM8818687</GSM><GSM>GSM8818686</GSM><GSM>GSM8818642</GSM><GSM>GSM8818689</GSM><GSM>GSM8818645</GSM><GSM>GSM8818644</GSM><GSM>GSM8818688</GSM><GSM>GSM8818647</GSM><GSM>GSM8818646</GSM><GSM>GSM8818649</GSM><GSM>GSM8818648</GSM><GSM>GSM8818690</GSM><GSM>GSM8818692</GSM><GSM>GSM8818691</GSM><GSM>GSM8818650</GSM><GSM>GSM8818694</GSM><GSM>GSM8818693</GSM><GSM>GSM8818652</GSM><GSM>GSM8818696</GSM><GSM>GSM8818695</GSM><GSM>GSM8818651</GSM><GSM>GSM8818654</GSM><GSM>GSM8818698</GSM><GSM>GSM8818697</GSM><GSM>GSM8818653</GSM><GSM>GSM8818656</GSM><GSM>GSM8818655</GSM><GSM>GSM8818699</GSM><GSM>GSM8818658</GSM><GSM>GSM8818657</GSM><GSM>GSM8818659</GSM><GSM>GSM8818661</GSM><GSM>GSM8818660</GSM><GSM>GSM8818663</GSM><GSM>GSM8818662</GSM><GSM>GSM8818665</GSM><GSM>GSM8818664</GSM><GSM>GSM8818700</GSM><GSM>GSM8818667</GSM><GSM>GSM8818666</GSM><GSM>GSM8818669</GSM><GSM>GSM8818702</GSM><GSM>GSM8818701</GSM><GSM>GSM8818668</GSM><GSM>GSM8818704</GSM><GSM>GSM8818703</GSM><GSM>GSM8818706</GSM><GSM>GSM8818705</GSM><GSM>GSM8818708</GSM><GSM>GSM8818707</GSM><GSM>GSM8818709</GSM><GPL>16791</GPL><GSE>290636</GSE><taxon>Homo sapiens</taxon><PMID>[41864210]</PMID></cross_references></HashMap>
