Human HEI-286 Schwann cells and pancreatic cancer cells MiaPaCa-2 and Panc01 were compressed at 5 μm height for 5 minutes in 6-wells static confiner (4Dcell) or uncompressed (not confined or confined in a 20 μm height space). Our data provides comparison of molecular response of Schwann cells and cancer cells to mechanical forces.</description><dates><publication>2026/05/30</publication></dates><accession>GSE292214</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM8853238</GSM><GSM>GSM8853239</GSM><GSM>GSM8853252</GSM><GSM>GSM8853230</GSM><GSM>GSM8853253</GSM><GSM>GSM8853231</GSM><GSM>GSM8853232</GSM><GSM>GSM8853254</GSM><GSM>GSM8853255</GSM><GSM>GSM8853233</GSM><GSM>GSM8853256</GSM><GSM>GSM8853234</GSM><GSM>GSM8853235</GSM><GSM>GSM8853236</GSM><GSM>GSM8853237</GSM><GSM>GSM8853250</GSM><GSM>GSM8853251</GSM><GSM>GSM8853249</GSM><GSM>GSM8853241</GSM><GSM>GSM8853242</GSM><GSM>GSM8853243</GSM><GSM>GSM8853244</GSM><GSM>GSM8853245</GSM><GSM>GSM8853246</GSM><GSM>GSM8853247</GSM><GSM>GSM8853248</GSM><GSM>GSM8853240</GSM><GPL>24676</GPL><GSE>292214</GSE><taxon>Homo sapiens</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
