Mouse models have identified numerous candidate mechanisms; however, whether these can be grouped into functionally coherent subtypes remains unclear, limiting targeted, mechanism-based treatments. We analyzed prefrontal cortex transcriptomes from 17 distinct ASD mouse models, encompassing both sexes, under baseline and two separate drug-treatment conditions, totaling 1,008 mice across 204 groups.</description><dates><publication>2026/07/28</publication></dates><accession>GSE293595</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM8886482</GSM><GSM>GSM8886481</GSM><GSM>GSM8886480</GSM><GSM>GSM8886486</GSM><GSM>GSM8886485</GSM><GSM>GSM8886484</GSM><GSM>GSM8886483</GSM><GSM>GSM8886489</GSM><GSM>GSM8886488</GSM><GSM>GSM8886487</GSM><GSM>GSM8886449</GSM><GSM>GSM8886471</GSM><GSM>GSM8886470</GSM><GSM>GSM8886475</GSM><GSM>GSM8886474</GSM><GSM>GSM8886473</GSM><GSM>GSM8886472</GSM><GSM>GSM8886479</GSM><GSM>GSM8886512</GSM><GSM>GSM8886478</GSM><GSM>GSM8886511</GSM><GSM>GSM8886510</GSM><GSM>GSM8886477</GSM><GSM>GSM8886476</GSM><GSM>GSM8886516</GSM><GSM>GSM8886515</GSM><GSM>GSM8886514</GSM><GSM>GSM8886513</GSM><GSM>GSM8886460</GSM><GSM>GSM8886464</GSM><GSM>GSM8886463</GSM><GSM>GSM8886462</GSM><GSM>GSM8886461</GSM><GSM>GSM8886501</GSM><GSM>GSM8886468</GSM><GSM>GSM8886467</GSM><GSM>GSM8886500</GSM><GSM>GSM8886466</GSM><GSM>GSM8886465</GSM><GSM>GSM8886505</GSM><GSM>GSM8886504</GSM><GSM>GSM8886503</GSM><GSM>GSM8886502</GSM><GSM>GSM8886469</GSM><GSM>GSM8886509</GSM><GSM>GSM8886508</GSM><GSM>GSM8886507</GSM><GSM>GSM8886506</GSM><GSM>GSM8886493</GSM><GSM>GSM8886492</GSM><GSM>GSM8886491</GSM><GSM>GSM8886490</GSM><GSM>GSM8886453</GSM><GSM>GSM8886497</GSM><GSM>GSM8886496</GSM><GSM>GSM8886452</GSM><GSM>GSM8886495</GSM><GSM>GSM8886451</GSM><GSM>GSM8886450</GSM><GSM>GSM8886494</GSM><GSM>GSM8886457</GSM><GSM>GSM8886456</GSM><GSM>GSM8886455</GSM><GSM>GSM8886499</GSM><GSM>GSM8886498</GSM><GSM>GSM8886454</GSM><GSM>GSM8886459</GSM><GSM>GSM8886458</GSM><GPL>24247</GPL><GSE>293595</GSE><taxon>Mus musculus</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
