Mouse models have identified numerous candidate mechanisms; however, whether these can be grouped into functionally coherent subtypes remains unclear, limiting targeted, mechanism-based treatments. We analyzed prefrontal cortex transcriptomes from 17 distinct ASD mouse models, encompassing both sexes, under baseline and two separate drug-treatment conditions, totaling 1,008 mice across 204 groups.</description><dates><publication>2026/07/28</publication></dates><accession>GSE293613</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM8886882</GSM><GSM>GSM8886881</GSM><GSM>GSM8886880</GSM><GSM>GSM8886886</GSM><GSM>GSM8886842</GSM><GSM>GSM8886841</GSM><GSM>GSM8886885</GSM><GSM>GSM8886884</GSM><GSM>GSM8886840</GSM><GSM>GSM8886883</GSM><GSM>GSM8886846</GSM><GSM>GSM8886845</GSM><GSM>GSM8886844</GSM><GSM>GSM8886843</GSM><GSM>GSM8886849</GSM><GSM>GSM8886848</GSM><GSM>GSM8886847</GSM><GSM>GSM8886829</GSM><GSM>GSM8886871</GSM><GSM>GSM8886870</GSM><GSM>GSM8886875</GSM><GSM>GSM8886831</GSM><GSM>GSM8886830</GSM><GSM>GSM8886874</GSM><GSM>GSM8886873</GSM><GSM>GSM8886872</GSM><GSM>GSM8886835</GSM><GSM>GSM8886879</GSM><GSM>GSM8886878</GSM><GSM>GSM8886834</GSM><GSM>GSM8886833</GSM><GSM>GSM8886877</GSM><GSM>GSM8886832</GSM><GSM>GSM8886876</GSM><GSM>GSM8886839</GSM><GSM>GSM8886838</GSM><GSM>GSM8886837</GSM><GSM>GSM8886836</GSM><GSM>GSM8886860</GSM><GSM>GSM8886864</GSM><GSM>GSM8886863</GSM><GSM>GSM8886862</GSM><GSM>GSM8886861</GSM><GSM>GSM8886868</GSM><GSM>GSM8886867</GSM><GSM>GSM8886866</GSM><GSM>GSM8886865</GSM><GSM>GSM8886869</GSM><GSM>GSM8886853</GSM><GSM>GSM8886852</GSM><GSM>GSM8886851</GSM><GSM>GSM8886850</GSM><GSM>GSM8886857</GSM><GSM>GSM8886856</GSM><GSM>GSM8886855</GSM><GSM>GSM8886854</GSM><GSM>GSM8886859</GSM><GSM>GSM8886858</GSM><GPL>24247</GPL><GSE>293613</GSE><taxon>Mus musculus</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
