RAS mutant CRC has a worse prognosis and resistant to immune therapies. Current research on the tumor microenvironment of RAS-mutant CRC remains limited, with few studies systematically characterizing its cellular composition or functional dynamics. A total of 36 clinical surgical samples (tumors and paired adjacent normal tissues) from 18 patients with primary CRC were collected for single-cell transcriptome sequencing. At the same time, each patient underwent genome sequencing, and 18 patients were divided into RAS gene mutation group (n=10) and wild-type group (n=8). Therefore, revealing the functional cell types and mechanism of immune evasion in RAS mutant CRC by scRNA-seq may contribute to discover new therapeutic targets.</description><dates><publication>2026/07/22</publication></dates><accession>GSE294300</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM8901921</GSM><GSM>GSM8901943</GSM><GSM>GSM8901942</GSM><GSM>GSM8901920</GSM><GSM>GSM8901945</GSM><GSM>GSM8901923</GSM><GSM>GSM8901944</GSM><GSM>GSM8901922</GSM><GSM>GSM8901941</GSM><GSM>GSM8901940</GSM><GSM>GSM8901929</GSM><GSM>GSM8901928</GSM><GSM>GSM8901947</GSM><GSM>GSM8901925</GSM><GSM>GSM8901924</GSM><GSM>GSM8901946</GSM><GSM>GSM8901927</GSM><GSM>GSM8901949</GSM><GSM>GSM8901948</GSM><GSM>GSM8901926</GSM><GSM>GSM8901932</GSM><GSM>GSM8901954</GSM><GSM>GSM8901953</GSM><GSM>GSM8901931</GSM><GSM>GSM8901934</GSM><GSM>GSM8901955</GSM><GSM>GSM8901933</GSM><GSM>GSM8901950</GSM><GSM>GSM8901930</GSM><GSM>GSM8901952</GSM><GSM>GSM8901951</GSM><GSM>GSM8901939</GSM><GSM>GSM8901936</GSM><GSM>GSM8901935</GSM><GSM>GSM8901938</GSM><GSM>GSM8901937</GSM><GPL>18573</GPL><GSE>294300</GSE><taxon>Homo sapiens</taxon><PMID>[42143353]</PMID></cross_references></HashMap>
