Samples were obtained from patients who were treatment-naïve, resistant, or responsive to immune checkpoint inhibitor (ICI) therapy. We applied both the PanCancer Immune Profiling Panel and a custom tissue-resident memory (TRM) T cell panel to assess immune cell composition and activation states. The dataset reveals transcriptional signatures associated with ICI response, including enrichment of TRM-associated genes and interferon-stimulated pathways in responders, and immunosuppressive features in resistant tumors. These data provide insights into the role of tumour-resident T cells and the tumour immune microenvironment in shaping response to immunotherapy.</description><dates><publication>2026/06/08</publication></dates><accession>GSE294441</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM8905372</GSM><GSM>GSM8905361</GSM><GSM>GSM8905371</GSM><GSM>GSM8905360</GSM><GSM>GSM8905370</GSM><GSM>GSM8905369</GSM><GSM>GSM8905358</GSM><GSM>GSM8905357</GSM><GSM>GSM8905379</GSM><GSM>GSM8905368</GSM><GSM>GSM8905378</GSM><GSM>GSM8905367</GSM><GSM>GSM8905356</GSM><GSM>GSM8905377</GSM><GSM>GSM8905366</GSM><GSM>GSM8905365</GSM><GSM>GSM8905376</GSM><GSM>GSM8905364</GSM><GSM>GSM8905375</GSM><GSM>GSM8905374</GSM><GSM>GSM8905363</GSM><GSM>GSM8905373</GSM><GSM>GSM8905362</GSM><GSM>GSM8905359</GSM><GPL>35751</GPL><GSE>294441</GSE><taxon>Homo sapiens</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
