Using RNA-seq, we analyzed gene expression changes in primary mouse lung fibroblasts stimulated with recombinant CIRBP or PBS control. CIRBP significantly upregulated cytokine-related gene expression, including IL-6, and promoted collagen production and fibroblast proliferation via TLR2/4 pathways.</description><dates><publication>2026/03/11</publication></dates><accession>GSE294583</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM8911845</GSM><GSM>GSM8911844</GSM><GSM>GSM8911843</GSM><GSM>GSM8911842</GSM><GSM>GSM8911847</GSM><GSM>GSM8911846</GSM><GPL>24247</GPL><GSE>294583</GSE><taxon>Mus musculus</taxon><PMID>[41667819]</PMID></cross_references></HashMap>
