Peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) were collected from six recipients classified into three clinical states: stable graft function, BKPyV DNAemia, and biopsy-proven BKPyV-associated nephropathy (BKPyVAN). The primary goal was to characterize transcriptomic profiles of circulating immune cells across these clinical states and to identify candidate peripheral transcriptional signatures.</description><dates><publication>2026/09/26</publication></dates><accession>GSE295129</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM8942609</GSM><GSM>GSM8942613</GSM><GSM>GSM8942614</GSM><GSM>GSM8942611</GSM><GSM>GSM8942612</GSM><GSM>GSM8942610</GSM><GPL>20795</GPL><GSE>295129</GSE><taxon>Homo sapiens</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
