Periodontal tissues from each group were collected for small RNA sequencing. Subsequently, differential miRNAs were analyzed in the periodontitis with hypertension group compared to the control group, as well as in the periodontitis with hypertension group compared to the periodontitis group.</description><dates><publication>2026/06/10</publication></dates><accession>GSE295193</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM8943450</GSM><GSM>GSM8943449</GSM><GSM>GSM8943447</GSM><GSM>GSM8943448</GSM><GSM>GSM8943445</GSM><GSM>GSM8943446</GSM><GSM>GSM8943443</GSM><GSM>GSM8943444</GSM><GSM>GSM8943442</GSM><GPL>25947</GPL><GSE>295193</GSE><taxon>Rattus norvegicus</taxon><PMID>[41975020]</PMID></cross_references></HashMap>
