We found that IVIG therapy reduced progression of our primary outcome measure of histological injury compared to the group receiving no-IVIG. Histology was assessed using the CADI score across 4 biopsies taken at baseline, 3, 6 and 12-months. There was also relative stabilization of eGFR with IVIG compared to no-IVIG. An additional secondary outcome of note over extended follow-up (5-years) was improved patient survival in the IVIG group. Finally, intragraft mRNA expression was assessed using the Nanostring B-HOT panel and there were significant differences in expression between the two groups involving genes associated with B-cells, T-cells, natural killer cells and fibrosis.","dates":{"publication":"2026/04/30"},"accession":"GSE295752","cross_references":{"GSM":["GSM8956672","GSM8956673","GSM8956670","GSM8956671","GSM8956678","GSM8956679","GSM8956676","GSM8956677","GSM8956674","GSM8956675","GSM8956661","GSM8956662","GSM8956660","GSM8956669","GSM8956667","GSM8956668","GSM8956665","GSM8956666","GSM8956663","GSM8956664","GSM8956650","GSM8956651","GSM8956658","GSM8956659","GSM8956656","GSM8956657","GSM8956654","GSM8956655","GSM8956652","GSM8956653","GSM8956640","GSM8956649","GSM8956647","GSM8956648","GSM8956645","GSM8956646","GSM8956643","GSM8956644","GSM8956641","GSM8956642","GSM8956595","GSM8956596","GSM8956593","GSM8956594","GSM8956591","GSM8956592","GSM8956590","GSM8956638","GSM8956639","GSM8956636","GSM8956637","GSM8956634","GSM8956635","GSM8956632","GSM8956599","GSM8956633","GSM8956597","GSM8956630","GSM8956598","GSM8956631","GSM8956585","GSM8956629","GSM8956627","GSM8956628","GSM8956625","GSM8956626","GSM8956623","GSM8956624","GSM8956621","GSM8956588","GSM8956589","GSM8956622","GSM8956586","GSM8956620","GSM8956587","GSM8956694","GSM8956695","GSM8956692","GSM8956693","GSM8956690","GSM8956691","GSM8956618","GSM8956619","GSM8956616","GSM8956617","GSM8956614","GSM8956615","GSM8956612","GSM8956613","GSM8956610","GSM8956611","GSM8956696","GSM8956683","GSM8956684","GSM8956681","GSM8956682","GSM8956680","GSM8956609","GSM8956607","GSM8956608","GSM8956605","GSM8956606","GSM8956603","GSM8956604","GSM8956689","GSM8956601","GSM8956602","GSM8956687","GSM8956600","GSM8956688","GSM8956685","GSM8956686"],"GPL":["34811"],"GSE":["295752"],"taxon":["Homo sapiens"]}}
