In contrast to other epithelial tissues, the mature RPE is postmitotic and does not renew itself. Using sodium iodate (SI) as an injury model in mouse, we have previously shown that genetic overexpression of the Hippo pathway effector Yap (YOE) significantly improves a- and b-wave ERG amplitudes and RPE tissue and cellular integrity 7 days post injury. To elucidate the molecular and cellular mechanisms of RPE repair by YOE, we conducted bulk RNAseq for identifying differentially expressed genes (DEGs).</description><dates><publication>2026/05/01</publication></dates><accession>GSE295978</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM8962778</GSM><GSM>GSM8962767</GSM><GSM>GSM8962779</GSM><GSM>GSM8962768</GSM><GSM>GSM8962776</GSM><GSM>GSM8962765</GSM><GSM>GSM8962766</GSM><GSM>GSM8962777</GSM><GSM>GSM8962769</GSM><GSM>GSM8962781</GSM><GSM>GSM8962770</GSM><GSM>GSM8962782</GSM><GSM>GSM8962771</GSM><GSM>GSM8962780</GSM><GSM>GSM8962774</GSM><GSM>GSM8962763</GSM><GSM>GSM8962775</GSM><GSM>GSM8962764</GSM><GSM>GSM8962772</GSM><GSM>GSM8962783</GSM><GSM>GSM8962773</GSM><GPL>34290</GPL><GSE>295978</GSE><taxon>Mus musculus</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
