Using RNA-seq and eCLIP, we identified METTL3 as a mechanosensitive m6A writer that upregulates NLRP1 and downregulates KLF4 through YTHDF readers. Knockdown of METTL3 abrogated these changes and protected against flow-induced atherogenesis in vitro and in vivo.</description><dates><publication>2026/06/26</publication></dates><accession>GSE298183</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM9009620</GSM><GSM>GSM9009624</GSM><GSM>GSM9009623</GSM><GSM>GSM9009622</GSM><GSM>GSM9009621</GSM><GSM>GSM9009617</GSM><GSM>GSM9009627</GSM><GSM>GSM9009616</GSM><GSM>GSM9009626</GSM><GSM>GSM9009625</GSM><GSM>GSM9009619</GSM><GSM>GSM9009618</GSM><GPL>16791</GPL><GSE>298183</GSE><taxon>Homo sapiens</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
