Herein we identify apoptosis signal regulating kinase 1 (ASK1) as an inducer of hepatic FGF21 production. High fat diet (HFD)-fed liver-specific ASK1 overexpressing mice (ASK1+hep) revealed increased hepatic expression and circulating levels of FGF21.</description><dates><publication>2026/08/05</publication></dates><accession>GSE298858</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM9025207</GSM><GSM>GSM9025208</GSM><GSM>GSM9025205</GSM><GSM>GSM9025206</GSM><GSM>GSM9025214</GSM><GSM>GSM9025212</GSM><GSM>GSM9025213</GSM><GSM>GSM9025210</GSM><GSM>GSM9025211</GSM><GSM>GSM9025209</GSM><GPL>24247</GPL><GSE>298858</GSE><taxon>Mus musculus</taxon><PMID>[42461584]</PMID></cross_references></HashMap>
