Tumors were treated with ibrutinib (IB), CD19-directed chimeric antigen receptor T cells (CAR T cells), or a combination of both. The study aimed to investigate transcriptomic changes and treatment-related gene expression differences induced by monotherapy or combination therapy. These data provide insight into the molecular responses to IB and CAR T-cell treatment in vivo and may help elucidate mechanisms underlying therapeutic synergy.</description><dates><publication>2026/06/10</publication></dates><accession>GSE299395</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM9038611</GSM><GSM>GSM9038610</GSM><GSM>GSM9038608</GSM><GSM>GSM9038609</GSM><GPL>24676</GPL><GSE>299395</GSE><taxon>Homo sapiens</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
