We conducted time-series RNA-seq on ‘Cabernet Sauvignon’ buds collected across a chilling gradient and exposed to warm temperatures. Using weighted gene co-expression network analysis, empirical modeling, and a novel approach to estimate molecular temperature, we identified distinct gene expression patterns responsive to temperature alone, chilling alone, and their interaction.</description><dates><publication>2026/08/07</publication></dates><accession>GSE299692</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM9044045</GSM><GSM>GSM9044089</GSM><GSM>GSM9044044</GSM><GSM>GSM9044088</GSM><GSM>GSM9044047</GSM><GSM>GSM9044046</GSM><GSM>GSM9044049</GSM><GSM>GSM9044048</GSM><GSM>GSM9044081</GSM><GSM>GSM9044080</GSM><GSM>GSM9044083</GSM><GSM>GSM9044082</GSM><GSM>GSM9044041</GSM><GSM>GSM9044085</GSM><GSM>GSM9044084</GSM><GSM>GSM9044040</GSM><GSM>GSM9044087</GSM><GSM>GSM9044043</GSM><GSM>GSM9044042</GSM><GSM>GSM9044086</GSM><GSM>GSM9044108</GSM><GSM>GSM9044107</GSM><GSM>GSM9044109</GSM><GSM>GSM9044078</GSM><GSM>GSM9044111</GSM><GSM>GSM9044034</GSM><GSM>GSM9044110</GSM><GSM>GSM9044033</GSM><GSM>GSM9044077</GSM><GSM>GSM9044113</GSM><GSM>GSM9044036</GSM><GSM>GSM9044112</GSM><GSM>GSM9044035</GSM><GSM>GSM9044079</GSM><GSM>GSM9044115</GSM><GSM>GSM9044038</GSM><GSM>GSM9044114</GSM><GSM>GSM9044037</GSM><GSM>GSM9044039</GSM><GSM>GSM9044070</GSM><GSM>GSM9044072</GSM><GSM>GSM9044071</GSM><GSM>GSM9044030</GSM><GSM>GSM9044074</GSM><GSM>GSM9044073</GSM><GSM>GSM9044032</GSM><GSM>GSM9044076</GSM><GSM>GSM9044075</GSM><GSM>GSM9044031</GSM><GSM>GSM9044067</GSM><GSM>GSM9044100</GSM><GSM>GSM9044023</GSM><GSM>GSM9044066</GSM><GSM>GSM9044022</GSM><GSM>GSM9044102</GSM><GSM>GSM9044025</GSM><GSM>GSM9044069</GSM><GSM>GSM9044101</GSM><GSM>GSM9044024</GSM><GSM>GSM9044068</GSM><GSM>GSM9044104</GSM><GSM>GSM9044027</GSM><GSM>GSM9044026</GSM><GSM>GSM9044103</GSM><GSM>GSM9044029</GSM><GSM>GSM9044106</GSM><GSM>GSM9044105</GSM><GSM>GSM9044028</GSM><GSM>GSM9044061</GSM><GSM>GSM9044060</GSM><GSM>GSM9044063</GSM><GSM>GSM9044062</GSM><GSM>GSM9044021</GSM><GSM>GSM9044065</GSM><GSM>GSM9044064</GSM><GSM>GSM9044090</GSM><GSM>GSM9044056</GSM><GSM>GSM9044055</GSM><GSM>GSM9044099</GSM><GSM>GSM9044058</GSM><GSM>GSM9044057</GSM><GSM>GSM9044059</GSM><GSM>GSM9044092</GSM><GSM>GSM9044091</GSM><GSM>GSM9044050</GSM><GSM>GSM9044094</GSM><GSM>GSM9044093</GSM><GSM>GSM9044052</GSM><GSM>GSM9044096</GSM><GSM>GSM9044095</GSM><GSM>GSM9044051</GSM><GSM>GSM9044098</GSM><GSM>GSM9044054</GSM><GSM>GSM9044053</GSM><GSM>GSM9044097</GSM><GPL>24368</GPL><GSE>299692</GSE><taxon>Vitis vinifera</taxon><PMID>[42560337]</PMID></cross_references></HashMap>
