TrxR inhibition triggers robust transcriptional activation of glutathione biosynthesis, antioxidant defenses, and iron metabolism in KRAS-WT lung cancer cells. This adaptive response, while aimed at maintaining redox balance, is ultimately overwhelmed, leading to ferroptotic cell death.</description><dates><publication>2026/06/30</publication></dates><accession>GSE300378</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM9059336</GSM><GSM>GSM9059314</GSM><GSM>GSM9059315</GSM><GSM>GSM9059337</GSM><GSM>GSM9059312</GSM><GSM>GSM9059334</GSM><GSM>GSM9059335</GSM><GSM>GSM9059313</GSM><GSM>GSM9059318</GSM><GSM>GSM9059319</GSM><GSM>GSM9059338</GSM><GSM>GSM9059316</GSM><GSM>GSM9059339</GSM><GSM>GSM9059317</GSM><GSM>GSM9059332</GSM><GSM>GSM9059333</GSM><GSM>GSM9059311</GSM><GSM>GSM9059330</GSM><GSM>GSM9059331</GSM><GSM>GSM9059325</GSM><GSM>GSM9059326</GSM><GSM>GSM9059323</GSM><GSM>GSM9059324</GSM><GSM>GSM9059329</GSM><GSM>GSM9059327</GSM><GSM>GSM9059328</GSM><GSM>GSM9059340</GSM><GSM>GSM9059343</GSM><GSM>GSM9059321</GSM><GSM>GSM9059322</GSM><GSM>GSM9059341</GSM><GSM>GSM9059342</GSM><GSM>GSM9059320</GSM><GPL>18573</GPL><GSE>300378</GSE><taxon>Homo sapiens</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
