Thus, it is important to keep developing better vaccines and other strategies to protect vulnerable populations. Here, we studied the safety of an adenovirus-based COVID-19 vaccine on human umbilical vein endothelial cells by total RNA sequencing and found, that the adenoviral vector vaccines had minimal effects on the gene expression profile of these cells.</description><dates><publication>2026/08/02</publication></dates><accession>GSE301176</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM9076727</GSM><GSM>GSM9076726</GSM><GSM>GSM9076729</GSM><GSM>GSM9076728</GSM><GSM>GSM9076725</GSM><GSM>GSM9076724</GSM><GSM>GSM9076730</GSM><GSM>GSM9076732</GSM><GSM>GSM9076731</GSM><GPL>18573</GPL><GSE>301176</GSE><taxon>Homo sapiens</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
