Single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) and paired T-cell receptor sequencing (scTCR-seq) were performed on samples from non-cancerous fallopian tube tissue, metastatic omental tumors, and peripheral blood from HGSOC patients. The dataset enables analysis of tissue-resident T cell populations, clonal relationships across tissues, and immune features associated with tumor progression. These data provide a resource for studying tissue-resident T cell heterogeneity, clonal expansion, and tumor-associated immune responses in ovarian cancer.</description><dates><publication>2026/04/03</publication></dates><accession>GSE301378</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM9081840</GSM><GSM>GSM9081841</GSM><GSM>GSM9081820</GSM><GSM>GSM9081842</GSM><GSM>GSM9081843</GSM><GSM>GSM9081821</GSM><GSM>GSM9081844</GSM><GSM>GSM9081822</GSM><GSM>GSM9081823</GSM><GSM>GSM9081845</GSM><GSM>GSM9081846</GSM><GSM>GSM9081824</GSM><GSM>GSM9081847</GSM><GSM>GSM9081825</GSM><GSM>GSM9081826</GSM><GSM>GSM9081848</GSM><GSM>GSM9081849</GSM><GSM>GSM9081827</GSM><GSM>GSM9081828</GSM><GSM>GSM9081829</GSM><GSM>GSM9081850</GSM><GSM>GSM9081851</GSM><GSM>GSM9081830</GSM><GSM>GSM9081831</GSM><GSM>GSM9081832</GSM><GSM>GSM9081833</GSM><GSM>GSM9081834</GSM><GSM>GSM9081835</GSM><GSM>GSM9081836</GSM><GSM>GSM9081837</GSM><GSM>GSM9081838</GSM><GSM>GSM9081839</GSM><GPL>34284</GPL><GSE>301378</GSE><taxon>Homo sapiens</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
