The current study further investigated the underlying signaling pathways through which HMGB1 contributes to PAH. Transcriptomic analysis revealed HMGB1-associated differentially expressed genes (DEGs). Gene Ontology (GO) enrichment analysis identified relevant transcriptomic pathways involved in HMGB1-mediated promotion of PAH.</description><dates><publication>2026/08/19</publication></dates><accession>GSE301649</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM9086910</GSM><GSM>GSM9086904</GSM><GSM>GSM9086903</GSM><GSM>GSM9086902</GSM><GSM>GSM9086908</GSM><GSM>GSM9086907</GSM><GSM>GSM9086906</GSM><GSM>GSM9086905</GSM><GSM>GSM9086909</GSM><GPL>18694</GPL><GSE>301649</GSE><taxon>Rattus norvegicus</taxon><PMID>[42215667]</PMID></cross_references></HashMap>
