The dataset includes Vγ9Vδ2 and non-Vγ9Vδ2 γδ T-cell populations from HCMV-seropositive and HCMV-seronegative donors and enables comparison of their transcriptional states, surface phenotypes, differentiation patterns, and TCR repertoires. Paired peripheral-blood γδ T-cell samples were additionally profiled for comparison with liver-derived populations.eir diverse functions.</description><dates><publication>2026/07/27</publication></dates><accession>GSE301771</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM9595776</GSM><GSM>GSM9595775</GSM><GSM>GSM9595778</GSM><GSM>GSM9595777</GSM><GSM>GSM9595780</GSM><GSM>GSM9089261</GSM><GSM>GSM9089263</GSM><GSM>GSM9089253</GSM><GSM>GSM9089270</GSM><GSM>GSM9089258</GSM><GSM>GSM9595779</GSM><GSM>GSM9089265</GSM><GSM>GSM9089256</GSM><GSM>GSM9089268</GSM><GPL>20795</GPL><GPL>34281</GPL><GSE>301771</GSE><taxon>Homo sapiens</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
