To investigate the function of the skin-enriched lncRNA TEDAR (LINC00302), we performed RNAi (siPool)-mediated knockdown in 3D organotypic skin models and analyzed changes in gene expression using the GeneChip™ Human Transcriptome Array 2.0 microarray platform. Differential expression analysis demosntrated that TEDAR regulated genes involved in late epidermal differentiation and barrier formation.</description><dates><publication>2026/07/01</publication></dates><accession>GSE302049</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM9094820</GSM><GSM>GSM9094815</GSM><GSM>GSM9094816</GSM><GSM>GSM9094817</GSM><GSM>GSM9094818</GSM><GSM>GSM9094819</GSM><GPL>17586</GPL><GSE>302049</GSE><taxon>Homo sapiens</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
