When soil moisture fell below 5%, seedlings were subjected to drought for one day before being re-watered with 2 L of medium containing either 0 mM (RW) or 5 mM (RWN) nitrate per tank. Leaf samples were collected from wheat seedlings during well-watered, drought, and at 3 hours, 1 day, and 5 days post-RW/RWN, and RNA was extracted for subsequent RNA-Seq analysis.","dates":{"publication":"2026/07/10"},"accession":"GSE302233","cross_references":{"GSM":["GSM9100218","GSM9100229","GSM9100219","GSM9100230","GSM9100220","GSM9100231","GSM9100214","GSM9100236","GSM9100225","GSM9100226","GSM9100237","GSM9100215","GSM9100227","GSM9100216","GSM9100217","GSM9100228","GSM9100221","GSM9100232","GSM9100233","GSM9100222","GSM9100223","GSM9100234","GSM9100235","GSM9100224"],"GPL":["34686"],"GSE":["302233"],"taxon":["Triticum aestivum"]}}
