When soil moisture fell below 5%, seedlings were subjected to drought for one day before being re-watered with 2 L of medium containing either 0 mM (RW) or 5 mM (RWN) nitrate per tank. Leaf samples were collected from wheat seedlings during well-watered, drought, and at 3 hours, 1 day, and 5 days post-RW/RWN, and RNA was extracted for subsequent RNA-Seq analysis.</description><dates><publication>2026/07/10</publication></dates><accession>GSE302233</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM9100218</GSM><GSM>GSM9100229</GSM><GSM>GSM9100219</GSM><GSM>GSM9100230</GSM><GSM>GSM9100220</GSM><GSM>GSM9100231</GSM><GSM>GSM9100214</GSM><GSM>GSM9100236</GSM><GSM>GSM9100225</GSM><GSM>GSM9100226</GSM><GSM>GSM9100237</GSM><GSM>GSM9100215</GSM><GSM>GSM9100216</GSM><GSM>GSM9100227</GSM><GSM>GSM9100217</GSM><GSM>GSM9100228</GSM><GSM>GSM9100221</GSM><GSM>GSM9100232</GSM><GSM>GSM9100233</GSM><GSM>GSM9100222</GSM><GSM>GSM9100223</GSM><GSM>GSM9100234</GSM><GSM>GSM9100235</GSM><GSM>GSM9100224</GSM><GPL>34686</GPL><GSE>302233</GSE><taxon>Triticum aestivum</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
