Although tumor-derived exosomes are known to influence immune responses, their direct role in shaping human T cell plasticity and antigen specificity remains insufficiently characterized. In this study, we performed an integrative single-cell multiomic analysis of primary human T cells following exposure to exosomes isolated from 17 genomically distinct TNBC cell lines. By combining single-cell transcriptomics, T cell receptor (TCR) V(D)J sequencing, non-coding RNA profiling, and both bulk and single-cell cytokine analyses, we identified conserved and subtype-specific immunoregulatory programs elicited by TNBC-derived exosomes.","dates":{"publication":"2026/04/12"},"accession":"GSE302399","cross_references":{"GSM":["GSM9103463","GSM9103462","GSM9103465","GSM9103464","GSM9103461","GSM9103460","GSM9103504","GSM9103503","GSM9103506","GSM9103505","GSM9103500","GSM9103467","GSM9103466","GSM9103469","GSM9103502","GSM9103501","GSM9103468","GSM9103490","GSM9103452","GSM9103496","GSM9103495","GSM9103451","GSM9103454","GSM9103498","GSM9103497","GSM9103453","GSM9103492","GSM9103491","GSM9103450","GSM9103494","GSM9103493","GSM9103459","GSM9103456","GSM9103455","GSM9103499","GSM9103458","GSM9103457","GSM9103441","GSM9103485","GSM9103440","GSM9103484","GSM9103443","GSM9103487","GSM9103486","GSM9103442","GSM9103481","GSM9103480","GSM9103483","GSM9103482","GSM9103449","GSM9103448","GSM9103489","GSM9103445","GSM9103444","GSM9103488","GSM9103447","GSM9103446","GSM9103507","GSM9103474","GSM9103473","GSM9103476","GSM9103475","GSM9103470","GSM9103472","GSM9103471","GSM9103438","GSM9103437","GSM9103439","GSM9103478","GSM9103477","GSM9103436","GSM9103435","GSM9103479"],"GPL":["34284"],"GSE":["302399"],"taxon":["Homo sapiens"]}}
