In Z138 cells (wild-type and SOX11 knockout), samples were either untreated or treated with the PROTAC degrader AU-15530 0.5 µM for 24 hours. In JVM2 cells, three conditions were tested: parental JVM2, JVM2TRE-SOX11:HA, and JVM2TRE-SOX11:HA treated with AU-15530 0.5 µM for 24 hours. Antibodies against SOX11, SMARCA4, and IgG (as negative control) were used. Peaks were called and visualized using BigWig signal tracks, which are provided as supplementary processed data.</description><dates><publication>2026/07/16</publication></dates><accession>GSE302906</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM9113442</GSM><GSM>GSM9113441</GSM><GSM>GSM9113440</GSM><GSM>GSM9113446</GSM><GSM>GSM9113424</GSM><GSM>GSM9113423</GSM><GSM>GSM9113445</GSM><GSM>GSM9113444</GSM><GSM>GSM9113422</GSM><GSM>GSM9113443</GSM><GSM>GSM9113428</GSM><GSM>GSM9113449</GSM><GSM>GSM9113427</GSM><GSM>GSM9113426</GSM><GSM>GSM9113448</GSM><GSM>GSM9113447</GSM><GSM>GSM9113425</GSM><GSM>GSM9113453</GSM><GSM>GSM9113431</GSM><GSM>GSM9113452</GSM><GSM>GSM9113430</GSM><GSM>GSM9113451</GSM><GSM>GSM9113450</GSM><GSM>GSM9113435</GSM><GSM>GSM9113434</GSM><GSM>GSM9113433</GSM><GSM>GSM9113432</GSM><GSM>GSM9113439</GSM><GSM>GSM9113438</GSM><GSM>GSM9113437</GSM><GSM>GSM9113436</GSM><GSM>GSM9113429</GSM><GPL>18573</GPL><GSE>302906</GSE><taxon>Homo sapiens</taxon><PMID>[40739087]</PMID></cross_references></HashMap>
