Satellite cells were FACS-isolated and then lysed with Triton X-100 and released nuclei were bound to concanavalin-A magnetic beads. Nuclei/bead complexes were incubated with antibodies directed against AR, GR, a histone mark H3K4me2 and an IgG. After wash, nuclei/bead complexes were incubated with A-micrococcal nuclease and chromatin cleavage was initiated with CaCl2.","dates":{"publication":"2026/08/21"},"accession":"GSE303618","cross_references":{"GSM":["GSM9131577","GSM9131576","GSM9131575","GSM9131574"],"GPL":["30172"],"GSE":["303618"],"taxon":["Mus musculus"]}}
