Satellite cells were FACS-isolated and then lysed with Triton X-100 and released nuclei were bound to concanavalin-A magnetic beads. Nuclei/bead complexes were incubated with antibodies directed against AR, GR, a histone mark H3K4me2 and an IgG. After wash, nuclei/bead complexes were incubated with A-micrococcal nuclease and chromatin cleavage was initiated with CaCl2.</description><dates><publication>2026/08/21</publication></dates><accession>GSE303618</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM9131577</GSM><GSM>GSM9131576</GSM><GSM>GSM9131575</GSM><GSM>GSM9131574</GSM><GPL>30172</GPL><GSE>303618</GSE><taxon>Mus musculus</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
