In this data, we reported the VCAM-1 and CEACAM-1, as the members of IgSF-CAMs, were upregulated by PR8 infection in BEAS-2B cells and inhibited by erucic acid treatment. Our data illustrated the effect of erucic acid on inhibiting IgSF-CAMs expression to prevent secondary bacterial infection post-influenza.</description><dates><publication>2026/07/28</publication></dates><accession>GSE303785</accession><cross_references><GSM>GSM9135859</GSM><GSM>GSM9135860</GSM><GSM>GSM9135862</GSM><GSM>GSM9135861</GSM><GSM>GSM9135864</GSM><GSM>GSM9135863</GSM><GSM>GSM9135866</GSM><GSM>GSM9135865</GSM><GSM>GSM9135867</GSM><GPL>24676</GPL><GSE>303785</GSE><taxon>Homo sapiens</taxon></cross_references></HashMap>
